Austin real estate typically experiences a seasonal slow down in late October.  Fortunately the market has already resumed its upward climb.  We have a healthy number of homes on the market and under contract.  Inside Central Austin the average sales price was $765,000, and sellers got approximately 95% of what they originally asked for.  Watch the video for more stats and insight.
