Paul Reddam
Realtor | Director of Sales

Paul leverages his 25 years of experience in the Austin market to provide individuals with an unparalleled level of personal attention and responsive service – with a healthy dose of fun thrown in for good measure.  Whether finding the perfect home in a great school zone, maximizing the profit from the sale of your home, or building an investment portfolio, he's got you covered.

Paul has handled hundreds of transactions over the last 25 years, giving him a deep understanding of Austin neighborhoods, market conditions, and potential pitfalls.  Deeper insight translates into an easier transaction for you.

Not one to be motivated by stale business transactions, Paul fosters long-term relationships with his clients -- relationships built on trust and candor.   Indeed, you’ll find Austin’s friendly, unique spirit reflected in Paul’s commitment to everyone he works with.

"I want to empower my clients to make the best possible choice that is consistent with their personal goals.  I put a premium on providing strategic and straight-forward advice at each and every step of the real estate transaction – even if that advice means counseling a client to hold onto their home or terminating a deal,” says Paul.

This people-centric approach earned Paul over 200+ Five Star Reviews on Yelp or Zillow, where he is lauded for his candid guidance, friendly attitude, and responsiveness.  He has also been acknowledged as one of the 100 Most Influential Realtors in Texas for 2016 and 2017.   He was also a Platinum Top 50 Austin residential Realtor in 2016 and 2018,  and a Platinum Top 50 finalist from 2012 - 2015, 2017, and 2019.  In 2017 Aceable Agent named him as one of the Top 5 Austin real estate agents to follow on social media, and he was voted one of Austin’s top 5 realtors by Choice Home Warranty in 2015.

A skillful negotiator, Paul believes his primary job is to cut through the noise and find solutions to get his clients the best deal possible without unnecessarily fanning the flames of conflict.  His breadth of experience equips him to forecast potential issues and problems in a transaction.  And that amounts to fewer surprises, fewer hassles, and fewer distractions.

After 15 years running his own independent brokerage, Paul chose to partner with Compass in 2018 to elevate the real estate experience for his clients.  He now leads the Homesville Realty Group within Compass.

Our partnership with Compass is a game-changer.  We bring the same personal touch and laid-back style our clients appreciate while offering cutting-edge tech resources to directly meet our client needs.  It reduces the stress often associated with buying and selling homes, and leaves folks with a beautiful real estate experience.  And in the end, that’s what matters most,” says Paul.

With a deep love of Austin, Paul is passionate about giving back to the community.  He mentors at-risk students through the Seedling Foundation, and he may even try to recruit you to volunteer too.  He also serves on the board of Capacity for Justice, a non-profit that strives to improve the quality of forensic evaluations for criminal defendants with mental illness, as well as a board member of The Christi Center, a non-profit that offers grief services and support to those that have lost a loved one.

Outside of work Paul enjoys trying to top the leaderboards on his Peloton bike and relaxing by the waves of the Texas coast.  His house is run by three bossy cats who do an excellent job of pinning his arms to the desk when he's trying to type.  He blames his typos on them.  Nothing makes him smile more than his two young children and wife.

PAUL'S NEIGBHORHOODS:

As a native Austinite, I’ve lived just about everywhere in Central Austin.  I grew up in Tarrytown, but as an adult I lived in a fixer upper in Hyde Park, a small bungalow in French Place, and a 1950’s pier and beam classic in Allandale.  Marquette and I have also owned several investment properties along the way and flipped houses in Allandale, Rosedale, and Highland Park.  Now my family and I call Northwest Hills our home.
